         Inledning

         Jönköpings kommun (Beställaren) inbjuder anbudsgivare (Leverantör) att lämna anbud avseende städning av Sanda Utbildningscentrums lokaler i Huskvarna.

         Sanda Utbildningscentrum rymmer både idrottshögstadium årskurs 7-9, grundsärskola, gymnasiesärskola samt gymnasium med inriktning idrott.

         Omfattning

         Total yta som skall städas i dagsläget i skolbyggnaden är ca 14 816 m2.

         I entreprenaden ingår förutom daglig/ kontinuerlig städning, årlig golvvård av befintliga golv, årlig storstädning samt årlig fönsterputsning. Antal fönster som ska putsas är ca 1 900 tvåsidiga varav ca 400 är öppningsbara. Husdelarna på skolan är upp till fyra våningar höga så tillgång till liftar krävs.

         Målsättningen för städningen är att- uppfylla verksamhetens krav och bidra till en god och trivsam arbetsmiljö för såväl personal som elever. - vara till för att vårda lokalerna och dess inredning. - säkras genom ett systematiskt kvalitetssäkringssystem som skall sporra såväl beställare som leverantör att utveckla städmetoder och andra åtgärder som kan medverka till att höja städstandarden. - utföras på ett professionellt sätt där det bäst behövs och vara flexibel efter verksamhetens eventuella förändring.
