         Upphandlingsform

         Upphandlingen genomförs med selektivt förfarande enligt lag (SFS 2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling. Detta är steg 1. Steg 2 avseende anbudsinfordan till lämnande av anbud beräknas genomföras våren/sommaren 2018.
