         Upphandlingen omfattar drift av en distributionscentral med tillhörande logistiklösning.

         Statiska körrutter

         För livsmedelsleveranser med statiska körrutter sker transporter till cirka 150 tillagnings- eller mottagningskök enligt angivna koordinater (mottagande enheters leveransadresser) och av Beställaren förutbestämd körrutt. Leveranser sker en, två eller tre gånger per vecka beroende på behov och förvaringsutrymme. Se bilaga 1 och 2.

         Ankommande godsleveranser ska rangeras efter "cross docking"-principen så att ingen mellanlagring av livsmedel sker. Distributörens uppgift är att rangera kundpackat gods (=allt gods från en varuleverantör till en mottagare sampackat per GLN) på DC, där olika varuleverantörers gods sampackas för vidare distribution i ett gemensamt fordon, det vill säga distribution genom samordnad varudistribution.

         För utgående leveranser som sker måndag till fredag hämtas godset på DC, lastas, distribueras med lossning av gods och lastning av returlaster (lastbärare och pantsystem), där fordonet återvänder till DC efter körturens slut. En körrutt kan innehålla en eller flera körturer, där omlastning sker enligt körlista. Körrutter har samma veckoschema där godset avlämnas på angiven plats, där alla arbetsmoment ersätts med ett enhetspris per timme.

         Vid uppstart sker förändringar i transportplaneringen till följd av definitiv placering av DC, nytillkomna enheter, volymer samt kalibrering av stopptider vid resp. enhet när loggdata registreras och används vid förfinade (kalibrerade) simuleringar. Därefter sker förändringar när nya enheter och ökade volymer tillförs systemet genom att ramavtal med direktleverans löper ut och nya ramavtal handlas upp med samordnad varudistribution. Varje år under juli månad eller efter överenskommelse sker en uppdatering av körrutter för att kvalitetssäkra kommunens miljömål.
