Upphandlingen avser förstudier, projektering och ombyggnationen av vattenverket. Vattenverkets område och lokaler är ett skyddsobjekt och verksamheten bedrivs med höga krav på säkerheten. Eftersom projektet är av teknisk och genomförandemässigt svår karaktär kommer det att genomföras i samverkan/partnering med utsedd entreprenör.
