         Inledning

         Jönköpings kommun (Beställaren) inbjuder anbudsgivare (Leverantör) att lämna anbud avseende inhyrning av bygg- och anläggningsmaskiner exklusive förare.

         Omfattning

         Jönköpings kommun (Beställaren) inbjuder ansökande (Leverantör) att lämna anbud i upphandling avseende löpande inhyrning av bygg- och anläggningsmaskiner utan förare.

         Samtliga maskiner ska vara moderna och av senaste modell med senaste teknik gällande ergonomi mm.

         Vid avrop och inhyrningar förväntar vi oss en "Funktion", dvs hyr vi en grävmaskin förväntar vi oss att skopor och dylikt för ändamålet följer med maskinen till av anbudslämnare erbjudet pris. Detta tolkas analogt för andra typer av maskiner såsom borrmaskiner, hjullastare och dylikt. De vanliga tillbehören för att erhålla en "Funktion" ska oavkortat ingå i priset.

         Specifika sällantillbehör hamnar i bruttoprislista med rabatt.

         Avtal tecknas med en leverantör.

         Upphandlingen gäller SRA-kod som börjar på siffrorna 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 och 8....
