         Omfattning

         Upphandlingen omfattar heltäckande resebyråservice för tjänsteresor inom Sverige och utomlands i enlighet med bifogad kravspecifikation. Det innebär bland annat:

         Bokning av flyg-, tåg-, buss- och båtresor, både inrikes och utrikes

         Bokning av anslutningstransport till flygplats/tåg-/busstation/hamn, både inrikes och utrikes 

         Bokning av hyra av fordon, både inrikes och utrikes

         Bokning av hotellrum, både inrikes och utrikes

         Visum ansökan 

         Självbokningssystem (online)

         Avtalet ska användas när beställaren anser att det behövs, det vill säga att har beställaren kapacitet att boka egen biljett, resa eller dylikt ska detta inte ses som ett avtalsbrott. Regionen runt biljetter från Västtrafik och busstrafik som utgår från medverkande kommuner är undantaget och ingår inte i denna upphandling då kommunerna har andra lösningar för dessa.
