        Jönköpings kommun (Beställaren), på uppdrag av Jönköpings läns luftvårdsförbund, inbjuder anbudsgivare (Leverantör) att lämna anbud i enlighet med detta förfrågningsunderlag avseende luftkvalitetsmätningar och utvärdering av luftkvalitet i Jönköpings län.

        Anbud kan lämnas på en eller flera delar av upphandlingen.

        Upphandlingen genomförs i enlighet med bestämmelserna i lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU) med ett Öppet förfarande.

        Utvärdering:

        Utvärdering kommer att ske genom utvärdering av det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbudet med hänsyn taget till lägsta pris.
