         Upphandlingen och utvärderingen genomförs gemensamt för kommunerna och båda kommunerna skriver var sitt avtal med varje rangordnad leverantör. Följande områden ingår i denna upphandling:

         2. Arkitektur och samhällsplanering för tidiga skeden och gestaltning;

         3. Landskapsarkitekter för gestaltning och projektering.
