         Med projektledning avses ledning av beställarens projekt i olika team från tidiga skeden, program och projektering, genomförande i olika typer av entreprenad-och ersättningsformer fram till initiering av drift och förvaltning. Viktiga delar i arbetet är kalkyl, planering, uppföljning, kvalitet, miljö,arbetsmiljö, myndighetskontakter, kontrollansvarig enligt PBL, riskanalyser,dokumentation, upphandlingar av konsulter och entreprenörer etc.
