         Denna upphandling avser anskaffning av en lösning och anbudsgivare för kommunikation som tjänst till hela landstinget Dalarna, ca 6.200 anknytningar/användare samt omkring 1.000 ytterligare parallelltelefoner som nyttjas av andra användare. Tjänsten är avsedd att ersätta nuvarande tjänst i sin helhet och omfattar såväl teknisk plattform, terminaler (utom mobiltelefoner) och drift och utveckling av lösningen samt utförande av anbudsgivarestjänster såsom kundtjänst, användarsupport och telefonisttjänst. Upphandlingen omfattar även operatörstjänster som idag ligger i eget avtal. Kravspecifikationen omfattar även ett implementationsprojekt där leverantören konfigurerar tjänsten i enlighet med landstingets nuvarande data och driftsätter tjänsten för landstingets samtliga användare.
