         Projektet Barkarbystaden, denna upphandling, består av 3 huvuddelar i inledningen på projektet. Dessa är:

         — HD1 – Strukturella och övergripande åtgärder inom hela projektområdet för Barkarbystaden avseende kommunal infrastruktur. Anläggande av vissa huvudledningar genom området samt förberedande arbeten inför kommande etapper, såsom byggvägar, dagvattenanläggningar, flytt av Norrvattenledning, sopsugsåtgärder etc,

         — HD2 – Del av etapp Barkarbystaden 3,

         — HD3 – Del av etapp Barkarbystaden 4,

         — Ovanstående HD:ar beräknas tidsmässigt från 2017/18 t o m ca 2015,

         — Målsättningen är att bygga ihop etapperna 1, 3 & 4 med ett stråk igenom projektområdet till ny T-bana, samt att området runt T-banenedgångar ska uppfattas som en ”färdig stad” med boende och handel, till 2024.
