         AFA.21 Översiktlig information om objektet:

         Upphandlingen avser Ramavtal gällande styr- och reglerarbeten.

         Med Ramavtalen som grund kommer avrop att göras för varje uppdrag, där omfattning och övriga förutsättningar preciseras.

         Göteborgs kyrkogårdsförvaltning, Räddningstjänsten Storgöteborg, Göteborgsregionens kommunalförbund och ISGR AB.

         Styr- och reglerarbeten som ingår i upphandlingen är t.ex.: Installations- och programeringsarbeten för styr-, regler och övervakningsinstallationer. Beräknad ramavtalsvolym: 13 000 000 SEK/år.

         Angiven volym och behov är en uppskattning och lämnas utan förpliktelse. Utfallet kan bli såväl högre som lägre. Verksamhet som berör ramavtalsområdet kan bedrivas i egen regi. I sådana fall är Ramavtalet att betrakta som ett komplement till den egna verksamheten.

         Observera att det kan finnas redan gällande avtal för verksamhet som berör Ramavtalets område. Dessa avtal upphör inte att gälla i anledning av detta Ramavtal. Under ramavtalstiden kan förändringar komma att ske utifrån politiska beslut, verksamhets-/organisationsförändringar m.m. som kan påverka behovet, volymerna, antalet avtalsanvändare eller leveransställen. Upphandlingen avslutas genom att Upphandlingsbolaget och de antagna Anbudsgivarna tecknar Ramavtal. Upphandlingsbolaget har för avsikt att Ramavtal ska tecknas med minst 15 Anbudsgivare. Antalet Leverantörer som kommer tilldelas Ramavtal är beroende av antalet inkomna anbud och att de antagna Leverantörerna har kapacitet som svarar mot avtalsanvändarnas behov, varför Ramavtal kan komma att tecknas med såväl färre som fler än det antal Leverantörer som anges ovan.
