         Socialsektor i Höörs kommun efterfrågar en digital tjänst för handledning och dokumentation samt debitering för socialtjänsten.

         Socialtjänstens verksamhet består idag av äldreomsorg, omsorg om personer med funktionsnedsättning, individ- och familjeomsorg, kommunal hälso- och sjukvård samt en övergripande enhet för administration.

         Äldreomsorg (ÄO) består av hemtjänst korttidsboende, dagverksamhet och särskilda boende. Omsorg om personer med funktionsnedsättning (OF) består av daglig verksamhet, boendestöd, personlig assistans, korttids- och fritidsverksamhet för barn samt särskilda boendeformer för både barn och vuxna med funktionsnedsättningar.

         Individ- och familjeomsorgen (IFO) arbetar med allt från fastställande av faderskap till dödsboanmälningar. Här utreds orosanmälningar om barn, behov av missbruksvård och ekonomiskt bistånd. Frågor om vårdnad, boende och umgänge hanteras, liksom olika typer av stöd till föräldrar och familjer. Även serveringstillstånd hanteras av IFO.

         (HS) arbetar med hemsjukvård /rehabilitering för de som inte kan ta sig till vårdcentralen. I detta område ingår även förskrivning av hjälpmedel. Inom HS arbetar sjuksköterskor,/distriktssköterskor, fysioterapeuter/sjukgymnaster och arbetsterapeuter.
