        Ramavtalet ska gälla i två år från och med 1.5.2018 med option för Sollentuna kommun att på oförändrade villkor förlänga ramavtalet ytterligare maximalt 1 + 1 år. Sollentuna kommun påkallar skriftligen utnyttjande av option senast tre månader innan den avses träda ikraft. Vid ramavtalsperiodens utgång upphör ramavtalet att gälla utan uppsägning. Om ramavtalstidens start förskjuts på grund av försening i upphandlingsprocessen förskjuts ramavtalstiden i motsvarande mån.

        Sollentuna kommuns, vid varje tidpunkt, direkt eller indirekt ägda bolag, i dagsläget Sollentuna. Stadshus AB, Sollentuna Kommunfastigheter AB, AB SOLOM, Sollentuna Energi och Miljö AB samt Sollentuna Elhandel AB har optionsrätt i denna upphandling. Det innebär att de kommunala bolagen var för sig äger option (ej skyldighet) att teckna ett likalydande avtal med kommunens antagna leverantör utifrån angivna villkor och förutsättningar i denna upphandling och antagna anbud. Optionsrätten gäller under det första avtalsåret.
