        Upphandling av teckenspråkstolktjänster för språkstörda, döva, dövblinda och hörselskadade. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två delar:

        1) Utbildningstolkning, Personaltolkning och Verksamhetstolkning.

        2) Webbsändningstolkning.

        Inbjudan till anbudsgivning som avser ramavtal på Teckenspråktolktjänster för successiva avrop.

        Härmed inbjuds ni att inkomma med anbud till upphandlingen av tjänster för olika tolkmetoder för målgruppen döva, hörselskadade och personer med dövblindhet. Omfattar två delar,

        1) utbildningstolkning, personaltolkning och verksamhetstolkning.

        2) Webbsändningstolkning.

        Vardagstolkning i arbetslivet är annan myndighets skyldighet att tillhandahålla.

        Örebro vill vara Skandinaviens mest attraktiva medelstora stad och en stad där teckenspråkiga invånare ska uppleva att de får likvärdiga levnadsvillkor som övriga invånare. Svenskt teckenspråk kan behandlas både som en minoritetsfråga och som en tillgänglighetsfråga.Handlingsplanen för Örebro kommuns arbete för Örebro som Europas teckenspråkshuvudstad beslutades av Kommunstyrelsens utskott för näringsliv och tillväxt den 10 oktober och gäller för åren 2017-2019. Vi emotser ert anbud med intresse.

        Upphandlingens omfattning.

        Denna upphandling avser ramavtal avseende teckenspråkstolktjänster.

        Upphandlingen sker på uppdrag av kommunstyrelseförvaltningen.

        Total beräknad volym: 5 miljoner kr per år.

        Angiven volym är endast en uppskattning, inga volymer garanteras under avtalsperioden.

        Avgränsningar.

        Ramavtalet är ett avtal utan volymförpliktelser. Verksamhet som berör ramavtalsområdet kan bedrivas i egen regi. I sådana fall är ramavtalet att betrakta som ett komplement till den egna verksamheten.

        Observera att det kan finnas redan gällande avtal för verksamhet som berör ramavtalets område. Dessa avtal upphör inte att gälla i anledning av detta ramavtal.
