         Avtalad hjullastare och tilläggsutrustning ska uppfylla alla i bilaga 1, kravspecifikation och nedan nämnda krav. S ska bekräfta i bilaga 1, kravspecifikation om respektive krav uppfylls.

         Däck:

         Allrounddäck enligt bilaga 1, kravspecifikation och kraven nedan:

         Däck som kommer att säljas till upphandlande myndigheter under avtalsperioden, inkl. ev. förlängningar ska inte innehålla kemiska ämnen som omfattas av REACH, bilagorna XIV och XVII.

         Däck till lastbilar ska vara fritt från märkningspliktig olja enligt EU:s klassificerings- och märkningsdirektiv 67/548/EEC.

         Ämnen som återfinns i Kemikalieinspektionens Prioriteringsguide (PRIO) för utfasningsämnen begränsas i varor och material som används.

         Ämnen som listas i EU:s kandidatförteckning över ämnen med särskilt farliga egenskaper begränsas i varor och material som används.

         Ifylld bilaga 1, kravspecifikation ska bifogas anbudet.
