        Anbudets giltighetstid

        Leverantören ska vara bunden av sitt anbud t.o.m. 31.8.2018. Om upphandlingen blir föremål för överprövning kan beställaren begära att leverantören förlänger sitt anbuds giltighetstid. Leverantör som inte förlänger anbudets giltighetstid anses inte längre delta i upphandlingen.
